Waiting & No-Show Policy
• Arrivals: The driver waits a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight officially lands.
• Departures: The driver waits a maximum of 30 minutes at the pick-up location, starting from the scheduled time.
• Failure to meet the driver within the specified time limits is considered a No-Show, resulting in no refund.
Cancellation Policy
• 15 days or more before the scheduled time: 100% Refund (less any third-party fees).
• 14 days or less before the scheduled time: Non-Refundable (0%).

Booking & Pick-up Process
1. The Brit & Berat team will send a form to collect all of your dates + travel information. Then will send an email and WhatsApp message within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
2. Payment must be made at least 14 days before you arrive in Istanbul.
